Greeting

The Greeting Team is all about creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere the moment someone arrives at church. Whether you’re opening the door, offering a smile, or simply saying “we’re so glad you’re here,” you help set the tone for their whole experience. Your presence helps people feel seen, valued, and at ease. If you love making others feel at home from the very first moment, this team is for you.

Connect Center

The Connect Team helps people take their next step at church—from filling out a Connect Card to getting involved in a group, joining a team, or learning more about following Jesus. Whether you’re answering questions, having meaningful conversations, or guiding someone toward what’s next, you help make the church feel clear and personal. If you love helping people feel known and take steps in their faith, this team is for you.

Parking

The Parking Team plays a crucial role in welcoming guests and guiding them smoothly into New Hope. You’ll help direct traffic, point people to parking and entrances, and set the tone for a warm and organized experience. If you want to serve by making every arrival feel easy and welcoming, this is the place for you!

Production

Behind every powerful moment of worship and teaching, the Production Team uses technology to help people connect with the Gospel. From sound and visuals to live streaming, this team ensures everything runs smoothly so our message reaches hearts both in the building and beyond. If you have a passion for tech and a heart for ministry, this is where you belong.

Cafe

The Cafe Team is all about creating a friendly, inviting space where people can relax, connect, and feel at home. Whether you’re serving coffee, preparing snacks, or greeting guests with a smile, you play a vital role in making everyone’s experience at New Hope a little brighter. If you enjoy hospitality and meeting new people, this team is for you.

Ushers

Ushers help create a welcoming and organized environment by assisting with seating and providing support throughout the service. If you enjoy serving behind the scenes and making people feel cared for, this team is a great fit.

Nursery

Serving on the Nursery Team means creating a safe, peaceful space where babies and toddlers feel loved and parents feel confident. From soothing cries to playing peekaboo, every moment is an opportunity to show the love of Jesus—even the littlest ones can experience His care through you.

Kingdom Kids

Serving in Kingdom Kids means making church the best part of a kid’s week! You'll help kids from Pre-K through 5th grade engage with God’s Word through interactive lessons, worship, and tons of fun. If you’re passionate about helping kids grow in their faith and feel truly known and loved, this team is for you.

Rally

Middle schoolers are full of energy, questions, and potential—and the Rally team gets a front-row seat to it all. If you’re passionate about helping students know Jesus in a real way, this is your spot. From leading games to leading discussions, you'll help create a space where students feel seen, known, and challenged to grow in their faith.

Worship

If you love leading others into the presence of God through music, the Worship Team is where you belong. Whether you sing or play an instrument, your gifts help create an atmosphere where people encounter Jesus and are inspired to worship with all their hearts.

Our Homeless Outreach Team serves those experiencing homelessness with dignity and love. Through providing free meals, clothing, and access to a food pantry, this team offers practical help and a message of hope to our community’s most vulnerable.
