What's Partnership?
Partnership is the pathway to step deeper into the life and mission of New Hope. It’s more than joining a group—it’s choosing to link arms with our church family in unity, purpose, and shared responsibility. As a Partner, you embrace the vision God has given our church, use your gifts to strengthen the body, and commit to helping us reach Plymouth County and beyond with the gospel.

How Can I become a Partner?
What comes with Partnership?
By becoming a Partner, you step deeper into the life of the church. Partners participate in Partners Meetings, where we share vision, direction, and important updates about the ministry. With this greater level of commitment and accountability also comes a greater level of opportunity — including roles like Life Group leading, certain serve team positions, and other leadership opportunities reserved for those who have taken this step.

Partnership Requirements
Completing all four sessions of Growth Track helps you understand who we are, what we believe, and how you fit into the mission of New Hope. You may apply for Partnership three months after finishing Growth Track, giving you time to get involved, connect with leaders, and begin living out the expectations of Partnership. If you were interrupted and had to make up a session later, your original start date still counts toward this timeline — no extra waiting is required.
Partners must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be committed to following Him as Lord and Savior. If you’re new to faith or still being grounded in the basics, we encourage you to go through the Following Jesus course to build a strong foundation.
Partners must be baptized as believers, publicly declaring their faith in Jesus and commitment to follow Him.
Being part of a church family means being present. Partners regularly attend weekend services and stay connected through a Life Group or ministry community at least twice a month — with weekly involvement encouraged.
Partners actively contribute to the mission by serving at least twice a month on a team or in a ministry. This includes roles such as leading or co-leading a Life Group.
Partners commit to a regular rhythm of generosity, participating in tithing (10% of income) and giving offerings as God leads. Giving reflects trust in God and investment in His work through the church.
All Partners review, agree to, and sign the New Hope Partnership Covenant, affirming shared beliefs, values, and commitments. You can view the covenant here.
A leader who knows you — such as a serve team leader, Life Group leader, or ministry overseer — must be able to affirm your faith, involvement, and readiness for Partnership.
